Description

The Yakuza is Ozone's full-race kite for expert users wanting to go seriously fast on land or snow.

 

Its the kite to use if you are wanting to take part in any type of speed competitons.

 

A sleek race profile with a high performance arc creates the fastest kite Ozone have ever designed.

 

By integrating profile technologies learnt from both kite and paraglider developments, Ozone have built a very high-speed kite which produces low drag when tacking at slower speeds.

 

For the less technically minded, this simply means there is much less chance of being lifted out of your buggy.

 

A sophisticated inboard braking system, a semi closed leading edge and a high aspect ratio combine to help the Yakuza deliver smooth power both across the window and through the turn.

 

This is a highly efficient and clean wing designed for ultimate performance.

 

Just as Ozone's paraglider design has always been driven by the need to make wings cutting edge yet user friendly, the Razor has also been designed to be accessible to a very wide range of pilot.

The Yakuza delivers direct, smooth handling at very high speeds but with a level of exceptionally user-friendly stability that means all competent kiters will be able to enjoy it's turbo charged performance.

4-Line Handles

Ozone 4-Line Handles with Wrist Leash Safety System:

Ergonomic, styled and comfy, Ozone kite handles are built from hi-tech, lightweight polypropylene tubing. 25mm in diameter and covered in a layer of neoprene for extra comfort these handles have been specifically designed to prevent forearm fatigue.

 

Extra features include soft plastic sheathing on the lead line exit to prevent line or finger chaffing during heavy use.

 

Additional ground 'staking loops' allow the pilot to keep the kite stalled when not being flown.

 

Safety system easily larks-foot onto the ground staking loops or brake line leaders on your handles. High quality soft webbing straps with short bungee cord attachment to prevent them getting tangled or damaged.

 

Handles are now complete with a spectra stitched strop line as standard.

Ozone Pro 4-Line Composite Handles:

The carbon gives them an extraordinary look and the design features a constant curve; Ozone feel this constant curve makes for a more intuitive connection to your kite as you work the handles when hooked in using the strop.

 

The Ozone Pro-handles feature a 3D EVA grip and are 25mm in diameter to reduce arm fatigue. The leaders and 60cm harness strop are made from Amsteel spectra with ground staking loops for easy control of your kite when taking a break.

 

The brake leader line comes directly out of the end of the handle meaning you never get a line cross-over. The handles are a vital part of your equipment; make sure your riding with the best.

The ultimate buggy kite! Stacey Yates

What a fantastic kite - it is so quick and fast and yet is so nice and easy to use! It is a high performance kite and is great for buggying but is still so easy to get to grips with!

 

The Ozone Yakuza has got me up to 47mph on my buggy which I thought was quite good considering I had only been out with it a handful of times. I cannot wait to get tuned in with it!

Ozone quality is well renowned and there has been no compromise here!
