Description

The Cabrinha Stylus is a high performance light wind model that allows you to maximize your time on the water. Its clever design allows you to generate speed and power in minimal wind speeds and the offset binding positioning enhances edging and allows greater control over the board. When paired with Cabrinha’s Contra kite, the realm of light wind kiteboarding is opened up to what was previously deemed unrideable.

The Stylus is no light wind ‘Door’ and you’ll be thankful of its feature rich design long after the wind picks up. Its light wind rocker will get you planing while others are still stood watching from the beach deliberating.

It's offset binding positioning enhances edging while allowing you to ride the board flatter on the water. Pair the Stylus with a Cabrinha Contra light wind kite and you will immediately shift your perception of what is considered “light” wind.

The Pauwlonia wood core provides the type of weight, strength, and rebound that you’d expect from much more expensive models. The Stylus is a progression model which means although it is built for light wind action, it still has the performance ability to keep up with your riding level as you progress.

Wider tips and a forgiving rocker gets the board planing and upwind quickly. The wood core provides bomb proof durability and liveliness for the life of the board.

The Cabrinha Stylus will still get a rider tracking upwind with its easy to control handling. From there it’ll grow with you as you quickly progress through the stages.

Built to last, the combination of a wood core and biax glass present a unique blend of weight and durability.

The 6” (15.24 cm) insert pattern also accepts standard foot straps, Sync backless bindings, or a wakeboard boot so you can upgrade your straps if needed.

It’s this versatility that makes the Stylus board that will grow with your ability even in the lightest of breezes.

Cabrinha Source Bindings:

The source bindings have been engineered from the ground up to give riders the ultimate connection to their board. At the heart of every rider's kitesurf experience, the source puts comfort, control and performance into one ergonomicly snug-fitting system.

From first water starts through to megaloop boardoffs, the source gives you the confidence to forget what your feet are doing and concentrate on the rest. Three uniquely sized options combined with the innovative new 360 wrap around strap allows fast customization and the perfect fit for all shapes and sizes.

Lightwind Rocker:

Gets you up on a plane with the least amount of power possible.

Volcanic Basalt:

Basalt is a natural volcanic fibre which offers vibration resistance and durability without compromising on reflex while still maintaining a high strength to weight ratio. It is naturally produced absent of toxic additives. The combination of wood core, with basalt laminate provides a flex characteristic which is unique to Cabrinha.

M6 Inserts:

M6 x 16mm Industry standard, super strong inserts.

The same 16mm screws are used for fins, handle and foot straps.

Single Concave:

Allows for a superior glide making it easy to get up and riding, especially in light wind.

The single concave also gives loose and easy carving turns combined with a skatey feel.

Wood Core:

Cabrinha use a premium “A-grade” Paulownia wood core which is vertically laminated to optimize strength, reduce weight and allow the board to flex more naturally and freely.

This premium cut has a higher number of continuous vertical strips free of finger joints for a smooth flex pattern. This allows each board to mirror the design for more consistency from board to board.

Hex Flow Fins:

Unique hex flow poly carbonate fins feature a hexagon dimpled pattern over the surface of the fin.

The hex pattern helps to create a boundary layer which assists in the laminar flow over the fin, reducing drag. The new material is made from a lightweight and resilient bullet proof material.

Ultra Bond Rail Urethane:

A single pour liquid urethane elastomer around the entire board is the ultimate impact resistance material while helping with rebound and vibration reduction.
