Here at Powerkiteshop, we want to reward our loyal customers by offering a 'Reward Points' scheme which enables to you earn points with every purchase.


We are proud to be the only kite shop to offer a customer reward scheme which enables you get a little something back every time you buy a item!

For example, if you purchase a kite for £500.00 you will earn 500 Reward Points.

Each Reward point is worth £0.05, so this order will earn you £25, which you can use as part payment on your next order, or you can save them up for bigger discounts on future purchases!

On your first order, create a customer account, log-in, go shopping and reward points will be added to your account for your next order.

If you have Reward Points in your account then you can claim them during the checkout process on the final order summary page before payment.

You can check your Reward Points balance at any time by logging into your customer account. The total number of points and their value will be displayed at the top of the page. Your point balance will also be displayed at the checkout when you place an order.

If you have collected enough Reward Points, you can even order an item of the Reward Points value as full payment!

Every time you order, you collect Reward Points, which you can use to receive money off your next order with us.

How do I collect Reward Points?:
You collect Reward Points on every order you place at Powerkiteshop.

If you are a registered customer, the points will be automatically credited to your account.

Rewards Points at PowerkiteshopIf you cancel or return an order to us, we reserve the right to cancel the Reward Points awarded to that order.

How much are my Reward Points worth?:
You collect 1 Reward Point for every 50p spent. For example, the £599.00 Nobile 2HD Kiteboard will earn you 599 Reward Points.

Each point is worth £0.05, so 599 Reward Points will get you £29.95 off your next order, equal to 5% cash back or a Free Windmeter for example. 

How do I redeem my Reward Points?:
If you have Reward Points in your account then you can claim them during the checkout process on the final order summary page before payment.  Simply use the slider to specify the amount of points you would like to use.

You can use Reward points as part or full payment on your order. If you have collected enough Reward Points, you can order an item of the Reward Points value as full payment!

Please note, you can only redeem Reward Points at Powerkiteshop. You cannot exchange them for cash or other items. Reward Points are not transferable.

How can I check my Reward Points?:
You can check your Reward Points balance at any time by logging into your customer account. The total number of points and their value will be displayed at the top of the page.

Your point balance will also be displayed at the checkout when you place an order.

Do I have to register to claim Reward Points?:
In order to collect and store Reward Points you do need to be a registered customer. The points that you accumulate will be stored in your account for you to save money on future orders.

We do offer a 'Guest Checkout' function for customers who wish to place an order without registering, but you will not receive any Reward Points for orders placed this way.

Do I receive Reward Points if I place my order over the telephone?:
You must be already registered before redeeming Reward points over the telephone, and will be added to your registered customer account for your next purchase.

Do my Reward Points expire?:
Reward Points will not expire as long as you have earning activity with an 18 month period.

Items must be returned with a returns form enclosed by Recorded delivery and clearly marked for the attention of the Mail Order Dept.

We will not accept responsibility for lost parcels, or postal charges incurred when returning goods and we do have the right to refuse an exchange or refund, if we consider the goods have not been treated in accordance with the instructions provided with them.
